Br. Abdullah will review the employee’s request and either approve or deny depending on the staff members available unpaid time off. Teachers and staff that already have a substitute teacher/ staff available to cover the shift are more likely to have their requests approved.
Br Abdullah will send the completed rejected or accepted form to Senior Administration via email at senioradmin@hidayaacademycu.com
Senior admin will be responsible to find and schedule a substitute.
Senior admin will notify, admin assistance of final schedule modification and substitute teacher via email to contact@hidayaacademycu.com
Admin assistant will make note of the schedule change on the calendar. Admin assistant must send a reminder email of the substitute teacher arrangement to senior admin 2 days before.
